Once we receive your Tender fee, we arrange a site inspection of your land and order preliminary planning documents along with other essential property information.
We prepare a comprehensive Tender, which your Home Sales Consultant will present and explain in detail. Once accepted and the Tender Acceptance fee is paid, we move forward with architectural and engineering plans.
This is where the exciting part begins. With the support of our interior design team, you refine your design and select finishes, fixtures and details.
Building approval timelines can differ because each council or certifier has their own requirements. We prepare plans to meet these guidelines, with approvals subject to the relevant authority.
Your nominated site supervisor keeps you informed through regular communication and detailed weekly progress reports. Every aspect of the build is managed with care and attention.
Completion day marks the successful culmination of your project. You receive your keys and are guided through a comprehensive walkthrough of features and finishes.
